Customer support capabilities for existing customers are not limited by language and locale. In terms of systems deployment, we are capable of deploying almost anywhere in the world.

Our customer support is available 24/7 covering both asset management and technology operation. We have technicians that are capable of being deployed in most locations around the world within a 48 hour window for servicing of the technology.

Typically we only provide integrated system solutions. Post system deployment, services will be offered including through life support of the products provided. Should a component be faulty during our service period depending on the contractual arrangements, we will provide replacements on agreed terms.

Delta Dirac will make an initial appraisal of your specific needs based on materials provided and explanations of the technological solutions needed. If the request is beyond our capabilities we will inform you immediately. Typically once the integrated systems deployed we will also offer through life support, asset management and technology operations services. We operate as a business under Taiyilong Trading Limited (HK).

Integrated systems will be priced based on the cost of procurement and IP modifications, as well as installation and deployment. Options for additional services including asset management and technology operation will be priced separately.
